    • Your booking time must include all set-up, pack-down, and clean-up.

    • Overtime may result in additional fees.

    • Changes must be made 48 hours before your booking. Requests inside 48 hours are subject to approval.

    • The person who made the booking must be present and contactable for the full duration.

    • You will have the Studio privately, but staff may be in the adjoining office on weekdays.

    • Do NOT drag furniture — lift and carry only.

    • Large items require two people.

    • Return all furniture and props to their original place.

    • The curve (base) of the cyclorama is not weight-bearing.

    • Do NOT walk, step, stand, lean, climb, or place furniture or equipment on it.

    • Any damage must be reported immediately.

    • Clean shoes only; avoid marking the white cyclorama.

    • No eating on fabric couches.

    • Quick vacuum if required (equipment provided).

    • Remove all rubbish and food scraps.

    • Use kitchenette bins for small items; outside bins for larger waste.

    • A $150 cleaning fee applies if the Studio is not left clean and tidy.

    • Please avoid placing general waste in the cardboard recycling bin. These bins are monitored to help keep our waste system running smoothly, and incorrect items can cause contamination. As staff are required to manually sort and remove misplaced waste, a $120 waste-sorting fee may apply if general waste is placed in the cardboard bin.

    • No open flames (including candles)

    • No glitter, confetti, smoke/fog or snow machines

    • No alcohol unless pre-approved

    • No smoking anywhere inside the building

    • No pets without prior approval (service animals exempt)

    • Children must be supervised at all times.

    • Keep minors away from prop shelving and the cyclorama curve.

    • Any damaged, broken, or stained item must be reported immediately.

    • You may be responsible for repair/replacement costs.

    • Storie Studio is not liable for personal items or injury caused during hire.
